Tree Presentation

We had an awesome presentation Monday on trees! The Nashua Watershed, led by Stacey Chilcoat, went over the parts of a tree. 

Then we took the kids outside and they used some tools to identify different trees outside our school.  The students need to look at branch type, bark color, leaves and use this knowledge to identify they type of tree such as: maple, birch, evergreen.
